Over all trip was worst ever in my last 10 years hotel out town Manali status less then any Dharamshala of any village and services, living condition is very poor. cloths are dirty and spotid and washed once in week. and hotel staff is non-cooperative. Local Bus was provided in stade of Delux Bus. Alto car provided in stade of INDigo as Personal vehicle. we took our luggage bags kept under our legs. over all silent holidays Pvt Ltd. neither cooperative nor reliable. please do not take any king of package from that company. you will loose your energy instead of reagain it.
